Brad McNeill

Brad holds a JD in international law and has nearly 25 years international oil and gas experience. He began his career with Bechtel Corporation, later joined Enron Engineering and Construction, before founding Frontera in 2001. Over his career he has been responsible for delivering a variety of offshore oil and gas services, including vessel management, drill support/logistics and subsea construction.
